This project is part of the Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) 2.0 expansion, which will introduce two new hotels, a waterfront promenade, and an integrated platform combining retail, entertainment, and dining experiences with the resort’s existing six hotels. The total gross floor area will increase by 50%, adding more than 164,000 square meters of space. Upon completion, the development aims to transform RWS into a premier, sustainable tourism destination.
The project is being executed under a general contract by China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC). Leveraging its strong reputation in the Singapore market, SANY China Wealth is honored to participate as a subcontractor providing concrete pumping services. Construction commenced at the end of 2024 and is scheduled for full completion by 2030.
The project’s development places strong emphasis on sustainability. One of its key features is the use of low-carbon concrete, which is expected to reduce embedded carbon emissions by approximately 29,500 tons.
